Account Help - Request reset email

If you are waiting for an activation email from us

First check your spam or Junk Mail folder - look for subject Collaboratory — Activate Your Account. If you don't find it there, you can request it to be re-sent using the login form. Enter the same email address and password that you registered.

  • You should see a message, Your email address has not yet been confirmed. Then click Yes to re-send our activation email.
  • If you see a message that your email or password is incorrect, it is possible that you mistyped it when you registered. Please try to register again, checking carefully that your email address is correct.
  • If you see the message That email address is already in the system then you should submit the form below.


To start the password recovery process, enter the email address used for your Collaboratory account.

Submitting this form will send an email to the given address with a link to reset your password.
